2. Shipping Charges

💰 Flat shipping rate: Rs. 200 on all orders.
🚚 Free delivery on orders over Rs. 2500.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

📦 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
🚚 Estimated delivery time: 3-5 days, depending on your location.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments

💰 We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
💡 Please have the exact amount ready for COD orders.

5. Tracking Orders

🔍 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package.

6. Delivery Delays & Issues
